Your right to cancel

  • Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) and EU law (Consumer Rights Directive), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

  • To exercise this right, please notify us by email within the 14-day period.

Returns

  • Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

  • Refunds are made to your original payment method and will include the cost of standard delivery (if charged).

  • Upgraded or express delivery services are non-refundable.

  • Please note: If you are based outside the UK, import duties, taxes, or customs charges paid on delivery are not refundable.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Exclusions

For hygiene, safety, or customisation reasons, certain products may be non-returnable unless faulty. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
